Baker Street is famous for solving mysteries. We're here to solve a different one — how do you get a perfect, fresh-made bubble tea in under two minutes, every time?

Drinks & ingredients

How many drinks do you offer?+
We have over 50 drinks, including milk teas, fruit teas, matcha, cold brew, refreshers, fresh milk drinks and our Ube collection. Each one adjusts on sweetness, ice and milk. We also have seasonal treats, such as cakes and chocolate strawberries. See the full menu at order.bobabot.co.uk.
Can I customise my drink?+
Yes — sweetness, ice level, fresh milk or oat drink, and a choice of popping boba toppings. The robot measures every customisation to the millilitre.
Do you offer non-dairy drinks?+
Yes. Every milk-based drink can be made with oat drink (Califia Farms Oat Drink Barista Blend), which is 100% plant-based. But please note: drinks made with oat may still contain milk. Fresh milk and oat drink run through separate lines and never mix, but they pour from the same tap head, very close together. If you have a milk allergy, please ask our team and we'll show you the drinks that contain no milk at all.
Do you offer vegan drinks?+
Yes. A range of our drinks contain no animal ingredients at all, and they're marked vegan on the menu. Swapping to oat on a drink that's normally made with milk doesn't make it vegan, because oat and milk pour from the same tap head, so the oat version may contain milk.
Are your drinks halal?+
We don't currently hold halal certification for every ingredient we use, so we don't label our drinks as halal. What we can tell you: we never add alcohol to our drinks, none of them contain meat, fish or gelatine, and our vegan drinks contain no animal ingredients at all. If this matters to you, please ask our team and we'll help you choose.

Ordering & location

How does the robotic ordering work?+
Scan the QR code at the counter, or order ahead at order.bobabot.co.uk. Customise and pay on your own phone, or ask our team to help you pay by card. The robot prepares your order and presents it when it's ready.
How long does a drink take?+
Usually 1 to 2 minutes, about 90 seconds on average. It depends on the drink: the more ingredients and toppings, the longer it takes. You'll see live status on your phone.
Do you accept cash?+
We're cashless. You can pay by debit or credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay on your phone, or ask our team to help you pay by card at the kiosk.
Are your ingredients fresh?+
Yes. We restock throughout the day and cook our tapioca pearls about every 4 hours so they're as fresh as possible. Our cold brew is steeped for 18 hours, our ceremonial-grade matcha is prepared fresh in small batches, and we use only fresh milk, never powder or creamer. For oat, we use Califia Farms Oat Drink Barista Blend for the best taste.
Where exactly are you?+
On the corner of Baker Street Station, at the junction of Baker Street and Marylebone Road — two steps from the Tube exit.
Is there seating?+
We're a grab-and-go kiosk, so there's no seating at the kiosk. There are plenty of spots nearby to enjoy your drink, and Regent's Park is just a short walk away.
What's your refund policy?+
Drinks are made to order, so we can't refund a change of mind. If your drink is wrong, missing an item or not made properly, tell our team at the kiosk before you leave, or email hello@bobabot.co.uk within 3 working days with your order number, and we'll remake it or refund you. This doesn't affect your statutory rights. See our terms.
